Returns & Refunds policy

At Nilpar Gallery, every artwork is handled with the utmost care, from the studio to your collection. Given the delicate nature of high-value fine art and gold leaf materials, our policy is stricter than that of standard retail stores. Please read carefully before purchasing.
1. Change of Mind
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
Advice: We strongly encourage you to measure your space carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure how an artwork will look in your home, please get in touch with us to request a digital "View in Room" mockup before purchase.
2. Original Artworks (Studio Collection)
As Original Artworks are collected directly from our Sydney studio, the "Return" policy works differently:
Inspection: You (or your appointed courier) must inspect the artwork upon collection.
Acceptance: Once the artwork leaves the Nilpar Gallery premises, full responsibility, title, and risk transfer to the buyer. We are not liable for any damage that occurs during transport handled by you or your private courier.
No Returns: Once an Original Artwork has been collected and accepted, it cannot be returned.
3. Damaged or Defective Prints
We take great care in packaging our Limited Edition Prints. However, in the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged during transit via our courier:
Notification Window: You must email us at info@thedesignerlady.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Required Evidence: Your email must include:
Your Order Number.
Clear photos of the damaged packaging (tube/box).
Clear pictures of the damage to the artwork.
Resolution: Upon verification of the damage, Nilpar Gallery will arrange for a replacement print to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Do Not Discard: Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved, as the courier may require it for insurance inspection.
4. Cancellations
Prints: If you wish to cancel a print order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing it. If the print has already been processed or dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
Originals: A deposit or full payment for an Original Artwork confirms your commitment to the piece and removes it from the market. Cancellations of Original Artwork purchases may incur a restocking or administrative fee to cover the loss of market exposure.
5. Gifts
If an artwork was purchased as a gift, the exact "No Change of Mind" policy applies. We do not offer cash refunds to gift recipients.
